Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we hold it, who processes it, and how to export or delete it.

Scope
This is a product of Nova Lab, under the parent company Metanova Web Agency. Our privacy policy covers all material that pertains to executivefunctionmastery.com and the Companion Tracker app.
What We Collect
Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile that Google returns. Practice data: the check-ins, tasks, notes, and pillar scores you enter. Billing data: the subscription status, plan, and renewal dates that Stripe returns to us. Technical data: security and error logs needed to keep the service running.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not store card numbers, we do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers, and we do not use your practice data to train third-party AI models.
Why We Hold It
To authenticate you, to show your history and progress back to you, to determine whether your subscription is active, to send essential account and billing emails, and to detect abuse. We rely on performing our contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Processors We Use
Stripe processes payments and subscription records. Supabase provides authenticated database and hosting infrastructure. Rewardful handles affiliate referral tracking for people who join that program. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use only what the app needs to work: a session token so you stay signed in, and local storage for interface preferences such as tutorial progress. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Demo Mode
The demo runs entirely on sample data. Nothing you click there is recorded against a personal profile, and no account is created until you sign up.
Retention
Practice data is kept while your account is open, except completed tasks and check-ins, which are cleared automatically seven days after completion. Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your account removes your practice data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is protected by row-level database rules so one account cannot read another’s records, and paid features are verified on the server rather than in the browser.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@metanovaweb.com and we will respond within 30 days. Cancelling your subscription from the billing page stops all future billing.
International Transfers and Children
Our processors may store data outside your country under standard contractual safeguards. The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
