These terms cover accounts, the $9.99 per month subscription, cancellation, the demo, and the free guide.

Who We Are
This service is a product of Nova Lab, under the parent company Metanova Web Agency. By creating an account, subscribing, or browsing the demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You need an account to use the tracker. You must provide an accurate email address, keep your sign-in credentials private, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass payment.
Demo and Free Guide
The demo at /demo runs on sample data, is read-only, and exists for evaluation only. The free guide is licensed to you for personal use — you may read and download it, but not resell, republish, or redistribute it.
Subscription and Billing
Full access to the tracker costs $9.99 per month. Payment is taken at checkout and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any tax your payment provider is required to collect. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.
Payments Through Stripe
Checkout, card storage, renewals, and invoices are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a renewal payment fails, access may be limited until the payment succeeds; we will show a notice in the app while Stripe retries.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Because access is granted immediately, part-month periods are not refunded unless required by law or agreed with us in writing.
Complimentary Access
We sometimes grant access outside the standard subscription, for example to reviewers or partners. Complimentary access carries the same terms as paid access and may be withdrawn at any time.
Affiliate Program
Affiliate applications, tracking, and commission payouts are administered through Rewardful and are additionally governed by the program terms shown at sign-up. Self-referrals, paid search on our brand terms, and misleading claims about the product are not permitted.
Your Content
Your check-ins, tasks, notes, and progress data belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that data back to you within the service. We do not sell it or use it to train third-party models. Completed tasks and check-ins are automatically cleared seven days after completion.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to bypass the paywall or authentication, reverse engineer or scrape the service, resell access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service’s operation or security.
No Medical or Professional Advice
Companion Tracker is a self-directed productivity and habit tool. It is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features to keep the product coherent and secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
